EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING

STEP 1 – SELECT YOUR COVERAGE

Conference photography is billed half day and full date rates with a minimum of four hours of coverage. It includes high-resolution images delivered digitally within 2 business days of the event.

Event coverage includes one professional photographer with a minimum of four consecutive hours

Additional Photographer……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………...$800/$1600 + GST

When the coverage exceeds what can be accomplished by one photographer (like simultaneous events at different locations), additional photographers can be added at an hourly rate.

STEP 2 – SELECT YOUR EXTRAS

Once you have decided on your event coverage, select from our additional services to enhance your experience.

Our team will sort and deliver the "best of the best" images up to three times a day during the event. This will enable your team to post up to date images on your social media channels

Social Media Content$1000/$1800

A dedicated member of our team will create social media friendly content for your marketing team. Vertical video for Instagram, cinematic BTS footage, and stills all delivered to you daily.
